Directions for use
Shake well. Pour 1/4oz into mouth and gently swirl, swish and pull between teeth and gums. Pull for 10 up to 20 minutes for best results. Spit the rinse into a paper towel and not the sink, as oils may solidify in cold temperatures.

Oil pulling is not my favorite thing to do. However, when I use this product I have noticed the reduction of plaque and an overall cleaner mouth. The minty taste is far better than using a plain oil. Highly recommended.
